Entry 027: Kurama Attempted Murder
Oh god, not a vicious bird!
The last monster in Vol. 1 is another fairly simple one, being a monster bird with something of a devilish imp angle to it, which is certainly a unique take on anthro birds. Almost Blaziken before Blaziken was a thing! I do like its talon claws for both hands and feet, I just wish it was a bit more obviously feathery? Like yeah, featherless gremlin bird is neat, but it looks so naked without it!
Phew, at least it's not a vicious one.
Framing it as a crow creature is neat, it just feels odd that they one that brings emphasis on the whip tail in the name hides it the most.

Whiptail Crow has always been one of my favourite OG Yu-Gi-Oh! monsters and I'm not super sure why... there's just something really neat about it.
