Let's Talk About Yu-Gi-Oh! - Archfiend Marmot of Nefariousness

Entry 014: Archfiend Marmot of Nefariousness That Live In A State Where There Is More Than One But Less Than Three

Scrat Before Ice Age made it cool

Wow, THAT'S a title for a creature if I've ever seen one. "Marmot" here is another hybrid creature design, taking cues mostly from a marmot, which are super-large squirrels, of all things, and meshing it with some demon details like bat wings, a horn, and a longer, rat-like tail. It's also characterized by the giant acorn it holds and is constantly munching on, but what is it "Nefarious" for, exactly? Who knows. The card description just kind of makes it out to be nefarious just by nature of being part-demon.

Hey, no need for name-calling.

And it comes in blue, if that's important to you. As a design, these two don't wow me that much, but they are at least "mooks" that look like they'd be amusing RPG enemies that humorously pelt our heroes with acorns, more than anything.

Personal Score: 6/10
